About Connecticut Organic Pasta
Connecticut Organic Pasta has been a dream of mine for decades, ever since Chef Elliot Sharon taught me how to make fresh pasta at the Culinary Institute of America back in the early 80’s. To me there is no more perfect food than fresh pasta made from the best flour and the freshest eggs. Toss it together with a nice sauce and it’s about the most satisfying experience in the world.
Along with the pasta, we’re bringing to life a wide selection of prepared, mostly vegetarian dishes for you to take home and enjoy. Some vegan, some gluten free, all delicious. And, as an unapologetic carnivore, we’ll also have some meaty things too.
And don’t forget to try some of our desserts. I was lucky enough to work and train under some great French and Austrian pastry chefs over the years. So, as well as digging back into the old treasure chest, we’re also bringing to the table some amazing new modern desserts.
We appreciate how busy everyone’s life is and how seemingly impossible it is to eat better. With surprisingly so few options available, Connecticut Organic Pasta offers a healthy fast-food destination.
